This is the kind of spiritual abuse that went on when I was there. The first 15 minutes shows who she really follows and what she expects of her people. She clearly states we can't hear from God, then retracts that in the next voice. Receives a $250 "first fruit offering" from her own sister. Continues to go on and on about those who miss her meetings and those who aren't making the yearly trek to Darrow LA to see her man of gawd!
The camp meeting she is referring to is the annual money fest at Darrow, LA which is this year July 7-11.
Woe to those not going according to Joyce Leipon, and to those that don't sow into the anointing, or follow her? Will you might get leprosy? Really? Well not in those words, but she does make that comparison in the video.

Joyce Leiphon dishing out some tuff love! Yea right!
When I first got " saved" I was in a false religion. There was a certain thing we were told we needed to do in order to be in the perfect will of God. But every time I tried to do this thing I became nauseous. I thought it was the devil trying to keep me from the Lords' perfect will for my life. this went on for quite some time. you see I didn't have a real foundation in the Word of God. I followed what the preacher said to do. After some time I realized I didn't know the truth about the Saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and his Cross.I began to have many doubts about what I was being taught. For two years I studied the Word of God and finally heard the Voice inside my new heart that this was not the way to Salvation. I left that false religion. I do have to say I am still searching for the " New Testament" written about in the Book of Acts. The Book of Acts is the way the church should be today yet this in not what is being preached in the pulpits today. No where in the book of Acts did or Have I read anything such as what I have heard Joyce Leiphon preach. These great men of God preached Jesus Christ. Even Peter would not allow anyone to bow down and worship him. All the Apostles who were truly called of God did not preach " money" or themselves as Joyce and other do today. Yes we should give to the saints which includes every one who professes Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. We are to give where the need is not to make your preacher " rich"or so you can be "rich" as Joyce and others preach. If we truly want the things of God we will devour the Word of God and Ask Him to give us the truth which is reveled in his Written Word. There is not private interpretation of His Holy Word as Joyce and others are preaching. Joyce says many time to have the mind of Christ. What was the Mind of Christ. I totally believe it was and is " I only do what the Father says to do". That is to be obedient to God above all preachers or any other form of government. Jesus commanded His followers to " Love God with their whole heart, soul and mind and being and to love our neighbors as ourselves". Are you loving God with your whole being and you neighbor as yourself when you follow the teaching of Joyce Leiphon?

Gal 1:8-10 Matt 7:13-23 if you are truly seeking the truth you will study these Scriptures asking the Lord to show you the meaning. Not just taking the word of your preacher!!!
I think it would be a big help for those who followed the false teaching of Joyce Leiphon and others who like Bill have left the group. Like Bill speak out against the abuse the is going on in this religion. Yes it is a Religion.
ReplyDeleteSpiritual abuse can be difficult to detect at first if you have never encountered it. In a manipulative church, the pastor or senior leaders have subtly positioned themselves to take the place of the Holy Spirit in people's lives. They may try to put undue influence on the choices that people in their congregation are making. They might try to sway someone’s decision in a matter to keep them under their control, or to keep them from leaving the church.
ReplyDeletePeople in a controlling church are often told they cannot leave the church with God's blessing unless the pastor approves the decision. They are warned that if they don’t follow the pastor’s guidance, not only will God not bless them, but they will also bring a curse upon themselves or their family. Leaving the “covering” of the church and the controlling pastor will result in some sort of calamity.
When a pastor tells his congregation that those who leave his church or disobey his authority are in danger of God’s wrath, you can be sure this man is operating in a spirit of control. He is attempting to sow fear as a carnal means of keeping people in his church.
“If you leave this church,” he may warn, “the blessing of God will be lifted from your life, and you will miss God’s will. You will be in rebellion, and you will open yourself up to all kinds of calamity. The devil will have freedom to attack you because you have walked away from God’s protection,” that “protection” being the one true church that he happens to pastor.
Fear is the motivation behind such comments — not love. You can be sure that this type of reasoning is not from God. Jesus never motivated people out of fear. Fear is a form of manipulation, which is sin. Instead of motivating people through love and a call to serve the body of Christ and reach the lost, a spiritually abusive minister will try to motivate through manipulation.
ReplyDeleteThe apostle John is called the apostle of love because he wrote so much about our call as Christians to walk in love. 'There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear,' he wrote in 1 John 4:18.
By keeping people in fear, controlling spiritual leaders work to get good Christian people to build their religious kingdoms — by telling them that they are building the kingdom of God. We see this kind of prophet and priest in the book of Jeremiah. The controlling leaders are focused on their own needs being met, and the needs of the people are ignored.
Jesus was more critical of the religious leaders of His day than He was of the sinners, and for good reason. The Jewish leaders put false religious burdens on the people for the sake of their own prosperity.
They crush you with impossible religious demands and never lift a finger to help ease the burden. (Matthew 23:4)
In this case, as it is in controlling churches today, the people were burdened with rules and regulations that needed to be performed to gain the acceptance of the religious leaders — in that day the Pharisees. Today, it is the manipulative spiritual leader. Many Christians today find themselves bearing the heavy load of the religious baggage in an abusive system. Around the world, hurting churchgoers struggle to earn the favor and approval of a modern-day Pharisee, all the while thinking they are earning the favor of God.
The good news is that if you are in Christ, you already have God’s favor! And no amount of work for a spiritually abusive pastor will give you more acceptance than you already have.
The term shepherd is an Old Testament metaphor as well. Ezekiel 34 contains an exhortation in which the Lord holds the leaders of Israel responsible for failing to care for the flock:

Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool; you slaughter the fatlings, but you do not feed the flock. The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed those who were sick, nor bound up the broken, nor brought back what was driven away, nor sought what was lost; but with force and cruelty you have ruled them. So they were scattered because there was no shepherd.’”

I wonder if these modern-day Pharisees realize that God considers their congregations as sheep without shepherds. Perhaps if they recognized how God viewed the situation, they would change their ways.
The Christian seeking guidance from a spiritual leader must also be on the lookout for the dangerous trap of spiritual elitism that can produce an "us-and-them," or a “fortress” mentality. This is a telltale sign of spiritual abuse. A church or pastor with an elitist attitude teaches, if ever so subtly, that no other church or ministry is preaching the pure gospel — or at least, no one is preaching it the way they should, in other words, the way that he is preaching it. An elitist leader will discourage members from visiting other churches or receiving counsel from anyone who doesn't attend their church. If anyone breaks this rule, he or she is viewed as rebellious.
We see a biblical example of this in 3 John 9–10:
I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to have the preeminence among them, does not receive us. Therefore, if I come, I will call to mind his deeds which he does, prating against us with malicious words. And not content with that, he himself does not receive the brethren, and forbids those who wish to, putting them out of the church.
Spiritual elitism is not a new thing in the church, but the apostle John rightly called it “evil.”
A healthy spiritual leader, on the other hand, respects and encourages the other churches and ministries in a community, recognizing that there are several different expressions of the body of Christ. A spiritually free pastor realizes that no one denomination or local church can represent the love of Jesus to a city. A healthy church will promote revival in the entire Christian community. It will not promote the idea that it has some kind of doctrinal or spiritual superiority.
ReplyDeleteIn a healthy relationship, a spiritual mentor will provide godly counsel from selfless motives. He or she will want God’s will for your life. If that means that you will need to leave the church or ministry, then they will rejoice that you are being sent out to be a blessing in another place.
A healthy pastoral relationship should produce peace in the life of the believer — another one of the seven keys of God’s guidance. If the godly counsel that you receive is not giving you peace or rest in your soul, it may not be from the Lord.
Remember, godly counsel is only one of the seven keys of God’s guidance. You should never rely solely on the advice or input from another human being in determining God’s will for you life — regardless of how long they have been walking with the Lord.
Because man is a sinner, building healthy spiritual relationships will always be a challenge. Someone once said, “the perfect church stopped being perfect the minute I walked in the door.” God's intention all along has been for the local church to be healthy, life-giving, serving, encouraging, and Christ-centered. But because He has chosen to use sinful men and women to lead His church, there will always be the possibility that a local congregation can fall into deception or unhealthy spiritual patterns.
There must be a balance between humbly seeking guidance from a person of spiritual authority, and subjecting yourself to the manipulative practice of spiritual abuse. Finding that balance is an ongoing process in life. But it is a necessary struggle that will prevent you from becoming weary and worn on one hand, trying to jump through religious hoops that promise God's acceptance and love — and on the other hand, from becoming an island unto yourself, determining what is right in your eyes alone. Both sides of this spiritual spectrum are dangerous, and should be avoided. Ask God to give you the grace and guidance to walk in the tension of these truths — opening yourself to the input of mature Christian leaders, while avoiding spiritual control.
If you find yourself striving to gain the acceptance of spiritual leaders, or if your church constantly requires more and more of your life with no end in sight — and little encouragement along the way — then you may want to re-examine the church you are attending.
We can protect ourselves from spiritual abuse by considering all the keys of God's guidance in every major decision.

ReplyDeleteWho does Jesus tell us to follow? Is it your preacher or another man? No it is the LORD Jesus Christ that we are to follow. If any man preach any other Gospel other then the one that the Apostles preached which is Jesus Christ and Him crucified let them be accursed. Gal 1:8. In Matthew Jesus told the Apostles not to LORD over anyone as their authority only comes from HIM.
Who are you following your preacher another man or are you showing the Love Jesus Christ showed to you when He gave Himself for you to others or are you shunning those who do not adhere to the teaching you get from the pulpit. This country is in the shape it is in mainly because from the pulpit the truth has not been preached. Abortion is accepted a good practice and homosexuality is being shoved down True Christians throats. Many are being shunned because they to not follow the teachings of men. Have you given up your family and friends because you preacher says you have to in order to be blessed by God or have you truly given up your family and friends because they have rejected Jesus Christ. Now there is a big difference in the two.. I think Bill Shaw has told many on this blog that he had to give up friends he had for over 30 years in order to follow the teachings of man. Whose teaching are you following?

If Jesus really come to this church would He be accepted? Joyce claims God is walking around the people. According to the word of God if you are truly His He lives in you. So since he is outside are you truly born again or are you just wanting to use His name to gain material wealth and all your wants. Not giving a thought of the Great price He paid for the FREEDOM we who are his have "in Him". Yes he is the provider, the protector of HIS Children. Are you sure you are His when you are seeking gold and silver and all that it will buy. My God has nothing for sale. I do not have anything to do with my own salvation or my own protection other then believe that Jesus died for me and trust in His finished work on the Cross when He said " it is finished". Joyce you truly need to study the song above. It was all done with the Blood of Jesus not with money.

And a poor man named LAZARUS was laid at his gate, covered with sores, and longing to be fed with the crumbs which were falling from the rich man table. And the rich man in Hades cried out to Father Abraham and saw Lazarus in Abraham's bosom. The Jews believed the lie also that if you are poor your are cursed of God but if you are rich then you are blessed of God.The Bible is the WORD OF GOD and JESUS is the WORD and the HOLY SPIRIT will teach each believer HIS WORD they do not have to anyone to tell them what it means, if they study it and allow THE HOLY SPIRIT they can 2 Tim.2:15 Be diligent to present yourself to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth. It looks to me from my studies of the Bible that what he wrote is true, and Joyce is servicing self and not The Lord Jesus Christ.The same goes for her group they must think that someday they are going to be filthy rich, why else stay under control and give up their free will even Jesus doesn't force anyone to follow Him. Look at Adam before the fall in right standing with God without Sin will a FREE WILL and POWER to obey God not a puppet or a robot. Still the same man with his will can walk in the flesh or in the Spirit.And God will let him chose Heaven or Hell.

ReplyDeleteI was at a ministry that was under Apostle Leroy Thompson. All they taught was money cometh and grace. First Lady was very controlling and very manipulative I saw straight through her early but I would tell them what they wanted to hear. I sat in that place, I was the only member they had, but I sat there as if i was walking on egg shells but I stayed because there was something I needed to see. First would get upset if I didn't offer to pump her gas, open the door for her, carry her things, listen to gospel music rather than listen to their CD's etc. I invited folk, they came but they always said First Lady has a nasty attitude. She would force into being at that church. My friend received tongues there but she said she wasn't excited to be there, she already had a church but they forced into joining but never stayed. i purchased a vehicle while being there and they referred me to their mechanic who took my money and lied to me. First lady would come and pick me up from work and go get her nails done by the mechanic's wife and talk about me and that lady called me herself to encourage me to know God for myself. I don't have reapect for a leader that would go and talk their member, their member after being open for years. People went through that church and left because there is a strong spirit of control there. They talk as if they are God and they make you feel condemned if you disobey them but the word do speak about that so I had to get from up under their leadership. Any leadership you are under you must obey so I felt they were manipulating me so in order for me not to be in error I had to leave a go somewhere else and I could obey because I'm in agreement. They made everything about them, their gift, bragged on their daught who could not sing, the just bragged, bragged, bragged. I am not at Emmaus Christian Center and I love it. The pastors have a genuine love for the people and you can feel love when you walk through the doors. I am speaking from Baton Rouge, LA

DeleteI too attended a church under Dr Leroy Thompson, in Beaufort, SC. Bill, yours and MsKing's experience is so much like mine, it's like we were in the same church. The control in this church was unreal. It was very subtle though, and operated through the main tools used there of fear and manipulation. Anyone who left was at risk of calamity and not being "covered". When one of the top ministers finally decided to leave, he was humiliated by being MADE to apologize to the congregation. We never knew what he was apologizing. When he left, he and his family became the enemy. They made appeals for money ALL OF THE TIME, calling it, gifts of love and substance, and was sure to announce their both of their birthdays, mother's/father's day, founders day, wedding anniversary, and Christmas, weeks ahead so the members had no excuse for not giving. He often cleverly mocked and excluded those who did not give. He always bragged on his, his wife and daughter's fancy cars that I'm sure the church paid for. Looks around the church and you see mostly single, financially struggling, elderly, uneducated people mixed with a very few middle class families. it was not uncommon to receive money for "new carpet", that never manifested. And you better believe that every year several times a year, he was asking for money to take to Dr. Leroy Thompson!

Blessed are the poor in spirit. — Matthew 5:3
Beware of placing Our Lord as a Teacher first. If Jesus Christ is a Teacher only, then all He can do is to tantalize me by erecting a standard I can not attain. What is the use of presenting me with an ideal I cannot possibly come near? I am happier without knowing it. What is the good of telling me to be what I never can be – to be pure in heart, to do more than my duty, to be perfectly devoted to God? I must know Jesus Christ as Saviour before His teaching has any meaning for me other than that of an ideal which leads to despair. But when I am born again of the Spirit of God, I know that Jesus Christ did not come to teach only: He came to make me what He teaches I should be. The Redemption means that Jesus Christ can put into any man the disposition that ruled His own life, and all the standards God gives are based on that disposition.
The teaching of the Sermon on the Mount produces despair in the natural man – the very thing Jesus means it to do. As long as we have a self-righteous, conceited notion that we can carry out Our Lord’s teaching, God will allow us to go on until we break our ignorance over some obstacle, then we are willing to come to Him as paupers and receive from Him. "Blessed are the paupers in spirit," that is the first principle in the Kingdom of God. The bedrock in Jesus Christ’s kingdom is poverty, not possession; not decisions for Jesus Christ, but a sense of absolute futility – I cannot begin to do it. Then Jesus says – Blessed are you. That is the entrance, and it does take us a long while to believe we are poor! The knowledge of our own poverty brings us to the moral frontier where Jesus Christ works.
Joyce preaches that you do not have to wait on the Lord. Here is my question to Joyce or anyone who would care to answer

But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength,they shall mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and not faint.
There are many more if you care to search out the scripture.
Now when it comes to money how in the World can you believe that you give to your preacher money you do not have. The Scripture tells us we cannot give what we do not have,. Now if you truly believe as Joyce teaches you do not have to wait for anything it is already given to you. I pray you do not write checks for you mortgage if you do not have the money to cover the check. She must have torn out of her bible 2 Cor 8:12 for if there is a willing mine it is accepted according to what one has and not according to what he does not have. This chapter and the next is talking about giving among other important things.
We are to be good stewards of all the Lord gives us. Are you doing without so someone else can have an abundance. That is totally against the truth that is written in the Word of Almighty God. I pray God have mercy on the souls of all those who are preaching the lie as the truth. God wants our hearts, soul and mind to love only Him. To love our neighbors as ourselves. We do this by placing all our Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross. It isn't all the you gotta do's that this preacher and others preach.
I know when the Truth of the Gospel was made clear to me by the Power of the Holy Spirit I came to realized that even if God never blessed me again I had the best blessing ever. He died for me He gave up His life for me. Am I blessed yes in so many ways that I would be hard pressed to name them all. I am content with what I have I do not desire to be rich according to the Worlds standard as Joyce teaches. I am just Happy to trust my Lord and Savior that no matter what comes my way He is with me.
ReplyDeleteI haven't always believed the way I do today. I followed the teachings of man as I didn't have a foundation to stand on to know the truth. That foundation is the truth that is written in the Bible. It becomes clear to us only by the working of the Holy Spirit in us. Jesus and all the Apostles warn us to be watchful for the deceivers that will be worse and worse. Those using the Word of God for personal Gain, those who will destroy families and lead to the destruction of all that follow them. I have learned that when I doubt something the preacher says I go to His word and search out the Scripture for the truth. I take no mans word but only the Word of God. What man makes crooked God will make strait if you yield to His prompting. No longer following the teaching of men but the Word of God
ReplyDeleteJoyce Leiphon preaches that Jesus Died so those who follow her can be rich. I wonder how many who have followed her teaching has ever truly thought about that statement. We read in the book of Luke16:19-31 about the rich man and the beggar Lazarus. When I read this and realize that money an worldly possessions is not what I should be seeking but seeking the will of God concerning money. There is no sin in being wealthy but there is sin in seeking wealth to the point that we shun our children because they no longer follow Joyce Leiphon. It truly does not bother me that Joyce and two of my sister shun me because I do not believe Joyce is preaching the truth. What I cannot understand is how any mother will shun her child because they no longer believe that Joyce is preaching the truth. Is this woman so after money that she will deny her child the mothers Love. God loves us unconditionally. Joyce teaches that the love she has for other is on the condition that they follow her teachings. Her followers have to obey her above any others even the Word of God. Is your faith I the crucified Christ or is it in the teachings of Joyce Leiphon and others

Heb 8:6” But now He has obtained a more excellent “ ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant which was established on better promises
These are just a couple Scriptures telling us that Jesus Christ is our Mediator. Jesus Christ is between all us who believe in Him and Father God. I have to wonder why so many who follow Joyce Leiphon and others who preach like her think as she does that she is the Mediator between them and the Most Holy God? Jesus tells us in Matthew 20 no one is to lord over another person. These men walked with Jesus on this earth, they never tried to rule and reign over those who believed Christ and Him crucified. To me this is meaning we do not have any authority from God over others. When Jesus told the Apostles they were not to rule over others why do so many preachers believe they have been given authority over others. Why in the world would any mother shun her daughter just because she no longer follow her preacher. What is wrong with this woman? I would say the only reason to shun someone would be the false they teach or their rejection of the Atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ. That is the only reason I can see in the Bible to shun anyone. Not because they leave a certain teacher or preacher.
I heard the president say that Muslims had made a great contribution to our Great Country. I do not believe this to be true. Now I have also heard Joyce Leiphon say that God told her that " money cometh was a manifestation of Him. I know that is not a true statement, the God of the Bible does not manifest Himself with worldly things. Our God manifested Himself in His only Son Jesus Christ. Joyce has bought into the same lie that Eve bought into. I pray for the poor souls who are following her, That they will come to know the truth not the false Joyce is presenting. We show our relationship with the Lord by the way we treat others. When you shun those who do not follow Joyce and her teaching are you really showing others the Love Christ has shown you. Now Joyce said Jesus is her doctor and that the devil tried to put a stroke on her. I wonder if she will be like others who preached what she is preaching and are now dead. Hobart Freemen is on who died of a illness he refused medical care. Kenneth Hagin died of heart disease. She forgets we are still living in a lost and dying world and the 2 coming of the Lord has not come yet. We are still living in the Church age even though she is teaching the kingdom age. Boy is she going to miss out on Heaven if she does not repent.

ReplyDeleteI should not have mention anything about the President on this blog. We all have beliefs that may or may not be the truth. There is so much false being taught in the modern church today that I was just wanting to point the to the fact that everything that is said by anyone be it a preacher or the President may not be the whole truth or even part of the truth. My intention was not to offend anyone. I should not interjected my personal beliefs about the President on this blog. I want only to say what the Word of God says. Just heard a very funny story the other day. Well actually it is a very old story but I think it is worth repeating. In 1999 I was diagnosed with a deadly from of skin cancer. This cancer had been on me for at least four years. My Drs. Said I should be dead as they have never known anyone who has had this type cancer to survive for 18 months much less four year left untreated. To make a long story short I had surgery on Nov 13 2003. In November I will be cancer free for 12 years. No other treatment needed. Now I have made the statement in another post that I would not be surprised if Joyce took credit for me having cancer for speaking out against what she preaches. I would like to say I believe it was in 2006 when she called me and wanted me to start giving her tithes. When I told her I didn't believe in tithes as she was preaching I never heard another word from her. Yet I have heard that she has done what I believed she would do and that is tell others I got cancer because I spoke against her. I was Healed by the Lord Jesus Christ almost 12 years ago. Joyce called me eight years ago wanting money, three years after I had been healed of cancer. Now how deranged can she truly be, by claiming my speaking against her gave me cancer three years after I was healed. I believe it was in 2011 before I started posting on the blog speaking against her teaching with the truth that is written in the Word of God if read in context and taken as a whole not a part as she does. Praise God He is still on His throne and people like Joyce can not put anything on another person. God allows stuff to happen to all people no matter who they are. We do live in a lost and dying world. I am praying for this dear sister of mine though she shuns all who do not bow down and worship her. I refuse to bow my knee to Baal, and the false teaching of Joyce Leiphon. Praise God for His tender mercies. Mercy which He has shown to all that will trust in HIM.

a. Many will follow their destructive ways: This reminds us that false teachers may be popular. Just because something "works" in attracting a crowd of followers, it doesn't mean that it is of God. We know that God's work will always bear fruit, but the devil's work can also increase.
i. The most distressing aspect of the work of false teachers is not that they are among you (2 Peter 2:1). False teachers always have been and always will be among Christians. The most distressing fact is that so many Christians will follow their destructive ways.
b. Because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed: When false teachers are at work and when crowds are following them, the way of truth is blasphemed. God's holy name and honor are disgraced.
3. (3) The strategy and destiny of false teachers.
By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.
a. By covetousness: False teachers use covetousness - both their own and in their followers. Many false teachers, both today and in previous times, present a gospel that has self-gratification at its heart. All this is presented with deceptive words, because false teaching never announces itself.
b. Their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber: Peter assured us that false teachers will be judged. Even though it seems they prosper, their judgment is not idle. God's wrath pours out on them even in allowing them to continue, thus heaping up more and more condemnation and hardness of heart in themselves.)
How many time must the Lord show you the false teachers among you. How many time does the Holy Spirit prick your heart when this false teacher says something you know not to be true according to the Word of God. The Holy Spirit has prompted Joyce to repent many times she refuses. Will you refuse to obey the Holy Spirit and continue in the lie as Joyce is doing?

Isn't this truly what Joyce and Leroy are preaching?
I have to wonder of those following Joyce Leiphon has ever read the whole book of 2 Peter. Or do they only read the scripture verse she speaks about. Have you ever considered what will be happening to those who follow the false teacher. I wonder if this woman realizes Judgement has already been passed on her by what the true word of God is saying in not only this book but every book in the Bible. There have always been false Prophets and false teachers in the world. Just because she claims the Blood of Jesus does not make it true. In fact by the sense she believe she can make God do anything she wants proves she does not understand the truth Written in the Word of God.

Whoever hates his brother is a murderer: To hate our brother is to murder him in our hearts. Though we may not carry out the action (through cowardice or fear of punishment), we wish that person dead. Or, by ignoring another person, we may treat them as if they were dead. Hatred can be shown passively or actively.
i. John seemed to have in mind the teaching of Jesus from the Sermon on the Mount regarding the true fulfillment of the law. (Matthew 5:21-22)
ii. "In the heart there is no difference; to hate is to despise, to cut off from relationship, and murder is simply the fulfillment of that attitude." (Barker)
iii. "Every man who hates another has the venom of murder in his veins. He may never actually take the deadly weapons into his hand and destroy life; but if he wishes that his brother were out of the way, if he would be glad if no such person existed, that feeling amounts to murder in the judgment of God." (Spurgeon)
e. You know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him: To live in the practice of murder- or to have a life style of the habitual hatred of our brethren- is a demonstration that we do not have eternal life abiding in us, that we are not born again.
i. There are many people for whom being a Christian is a "none of the above" sort of thing. They consider themselves Christians because they are not Moslems, or Jewish, or Buddhists, or atheists. But being a Christian is never a "none of the above" kind of thing.
ii. Being a Christian is more than saying, "I am a Christian." There are in fact some who claim to be Christians who are not. How can we know if we are one of these? John's reply has been constant and simple. There are three tests to measure the proof of a genuine Christian: the truth test, the love test, and the moral test. If we believe in what the Bible teaches as true, if we show the love of Jesus to others, and if our conduct has been changed and is becoming more like Jesus, then our claim to be a Christian can be proven true.
iii.
So when you are told by Joyce to shun those who no longer follower her or when Joyce will not speak to me her blood sister but ignore me as though I am dead does the sound much like she loves anyone. Does that make what is written above to be true in Joyce. Does she show love to anyone other then herself and her daughter? Does she really care about your needs being met? Or is she only looking out for herself. Would she give her life for yours? She will take your money but will she help you when you have a need? I know the answer to that question but do you? Does Joyce pass the love test?
Are you truly believing in Jesus Christ and His shed blood? or are you trying to use God as your bell hop to give you what you want in this here and now? Are you at all concerned about the life after this one. What good will it do you if you gain the Whole world ( wealth and material stuff) and lose you soul and damn to hell for all eternity? Whose word will you believe? The true written Word of God or the word of a man or woman who claims to be preaching the truth. While preaching that Jesus died so you could be rich? Positive confession is not what is needed. What is needed to gain eternal life is all our Faith and trust in the finished Work of Jesus Christ. Not what is being preached from most pulpits in the church today.What good will your money be when Christ returns for HIS Church? God does not need your money in order to return to the earth to take His people home to be with him for ever for all eternity.
ReplyDeleteI want to ask Joyce is she as Humble as Jesus Christ the Only begotten Son of the Most High God. Did Jesus request the best place to sit? Did command all to obey HIM. Did he not give His life for all those who would place their faith and trust in His finished work on the cross. Did He not tell Peter if He would not allow Him ( Jesus ) to wash his feet he would have no place in the coming Kingdom? Joyce will you wash someone's feet or do you truly believe you deserve to be treated as thought you are super spiritual and everyone should bow down to your demands? Do you truly believe God speaks to you in the way you pretend he does while you are preaching? Are you really with out any sin?

These days, a lot of speakers and writers encourage people to be dangerous -- to the status quo, to the enemy, to hell, etc. That's a good thing.
There's another kind of dangerous we can become if we're not careful. Even our gifts have a dark side that must be carefully watched to make sure we don't become more dangerous than dynamic.
By dynamic I refer to it in a positive light, by the definition of: "A positive motivational influence, marked by a willingness to tackle a job and get it done."
In an article on the dark side of leadership, Dr. Tuvia Melamed says:
"Think about those high hitters who leave carnage behind them. It is very difficult to challenge or argue against them; let alone stop them...organizations try to learn to live with their shortfalls and justify it by saying that the business depends on them for its success. This is probably true, but only up to a certain point. In the long-term they can cause unacceptable collateral damage, and might bring the organization to 'its knees'."
Dr. Melamed is not referring to bringing the organization on it's knees in prayer.
There are many angles of our dark side that we must be aware of to avoid bringing a group to it's knees in all the wrong ways. There are hundreds of these that I could share, but just a few that jump out at me today are:
Dynamic leaders invite conversation. Dangerous leaders avoid conversation and particularly disastrous ones forbid it.
Dynamic leaders elevate others and hope they go even further than they do. Dangerous leaders are threatened by others.
Dynamic leaders know that all of us are smarter than one of us. Dangerous leaders have to be right all the time.
Dynamic leaders welcome ideas from others. Dangerous leaders are bent on their own ideas and will spiritualize it by saying it's their God-given vision that everyone needs to follow without question.
Dynamic leaders give credit to their team members who come up with ideas. Dangerous leaders take the credit for most everything. They may throw the occasional but extremely rare bone of credit to a pet team member just to be able to give example that they don't always take the credit. But as a general rule, they do not give credit.
Dynamic leaders earn the respect of their followers.
Dangerous leaders demand respect and have an almost cult-like view of it.
Dynamic leaders want others to follow them as they follow Christ. Dangerous leaders want others to follow them despite their unChristlike actions and tragically some begin to act like they ARE God. (Messiah complex)
Dynamic leaders create a culture of love and acceptance.
Dangerous leaders create a culture of fear and shame.
Dynamic leaders lead from a place of true humility and servanthood. Dangerous leaders slip into false humility, and eventually arrogance.
Dynamic leaders celebrate diversity and don't need their team to be their clones. Dangerous leaders surround themselves only with people who are like them or agree with them 100% of the time.
Dynamic leaders cultivate a healthy environment for growth.
Dangerous leaders cultivate a place where spiritual abuse thrives.
May we all pursue as well as follow dynamic leadership.

Gossip is a way of talking about someone(s) behind his or her back that creates a negative image of the one(s) being talked about. The Bible very clearly points out the danger and damage involved with engaging in gossip in any way (see Proverbs 20:19 for example). The Bible speaks strongly against gossip for many reasons. For one, it breaks trust between people. "A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends" (Proverbs 16:28). Gossip is not a characteristic of God. Simply put, nothing good comes from it (Proverbs 13:3).
Gossip does not just mean doing the talking. It may be easier for some to withhold from gossiping about others in many situations, but it can be very hard to overcome the temptation to listen to someone else dishing up the latest juicy details about so-and-so. Listening to it is just as much a part of gossip as speaking it (Proverbs 17:4).
It's fairly easy to identify gossip when the content is harsh and clearly intended to harm the image of the one being spoken of. Colossians 3:8 and James 4:11 command us not to slander another. Other types of gossip can be easier to misidentify as such. Subtle innuendos can mislead someone's thoughts about a person unfairly (Proverbs 26:20). Leading off with something like, "I'm not sure if this is true or not, but apparently…" before sharing some interesting "news" with others can make it seem innocent enough. Will it hurt the person being talked about? Maybe… but maybe not! James 4:17 leaves no room for grey: "So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin."
If you're unsure if saying something would be gossip or not, it's best to err on the side of caution. We can't "unsay" something we've already said. James 3:5 tells us what a powerful tool our words are. Gossip can be so easy to fall into, but as Christians, it should be something we strive to keep out of our lives and interactions with others, for their and our own benefit. Ephesians 4:29 puts it best: "Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear."

Joyce tells her peeps to walk in freedom that Jesus paid the price for them to have yet they have to obey her every word and because the do they are still in bondage. More bondage then they were before following this preacher. don't you have to cut ties with your family and friends. Don't you have to give up all your friends and even family if the do not agree with her teaching. Joyce is so full of fear she will not allow her peeps to listen to anyone who does not agree with her. I can see Joyce is still up to all her old ways of living she has just put Jesus name on it. My God have mercy on her soul. She will have her rewards on this earth but will she gain eternal life with the LORD Jesus Himself? doubtful

I wonder if she or her follower have ever read verse 9-12 Look what the Apostle John speaks about those who want to have " preeminence" or being more spiritual then other not accepting the Truth Apostle John. You should really take time to read and study this small book for yourself not just the one verse Joyce uses.
ReplyDeleteJoyce says families have been reconciled in her church. She says people have been healed in her church. What I have learn over the years she has been preaching is she has caused divorce, and separation of family members to the point they can no longer have any contact with family members because they do not believe what Joyce teaches. Yes Jesus did say that if you love a family member more then me you cannot not have a part in me. Does that mean you turn your back on those who do not follow what you think and teach and believe? I do not think so as the proof is the fact that Jesus Christ is my Lord, Master, Savior, however because I do not believe what Joyce teaches as opposed to what the Bible teaches, according to Joyce I am a child of the devil. I totally believe that Jesus Christ and Him crucified it the true and Whole Gospel. I do not believe as Joyce teaches that Jesus Christ died so I can be rich. Therefore she rejects me as being saved by the Blood of the Lamb. In fact by her rejecting me she is rejecting Christ in me. Doesn't she teach that only those following her and Leroy will be the only ones saved? Sounds like the teachings of the false religion that Joyce came out of. I know when she tells my sisters who follow her not to discuss anything with me it is out of fear that they will hear the truth and no longer give her money as they have been doing since 2006. If you had put $2000 a month in the bank or even in a safe over the course of 8 years which is 96 months you would have saved $192,000. Would that not make you as rich as Joyce says you will be if you give that amount to her gospel?How much of a return have you truly receive from all your giving? From my understanding Joyce encourages families to separate if the others in the family do not trust her and her teachings. Is this truly what the Lord intended with the preaching of His Gospel? I say No! His truth brings all into the saving knowledge of His sacrifice. Not giving to get from him. Not tearing families apart other then from those who will not trust the Lord and His will. Meaning that our Love for Jesus must take first place in our lives even if our family refuse His sacrifice. It doesn't mean we reject one because they do not trust in Joyce and her gospel. I have heard where families have given Joyce $40,000 something a year. Yet could not pay their bills or buy gifts for their families Is this truly what the Lord calls obedience?

Didn't all the Apostles speak to anyone and everyone about the good news that the Savior of the World had come and died the " perfect sacrifice" for the forgiveness of all men sins.Many tried to stop them from telling this Good news and they paid dearly with their lives. Jesus died for all men not just those who follow Joyce and Leroy. According to the Bible I read and study Joyce and Leroy and many others are the one the Bible says are accursed and to stay away from them. Why do people follow such as is written in the above post? Is it out of fear or greed or both?

Does it mean you should be honored above your calling in life? Does it mean you can claim to to be something you have not become? Do you show the Love that God has shown to you to your family and friends? How many times have you heard that Jesus Died for you sins before you believed? Doesn't the Scripture say that faith comes my hearing and hearing the Word of God. Jesus is the Word of God. How many times did you hear the Word of God before you believed? Now comes the question that I have often asked the Lord. Why do religious people want to punish those they believe are not living a life they think they should live? Do we have the right to punish those who no longer believe what we believe? Do we have the right to say “ if so and so comes to the family gathering I will not be there because I cannot be around a sinner? The first man Adam gave away all the birth right of every human being to Satan. Then comes the 2nd Adam ( Jesus Christ), who regained all that the first Adam gave to the Devil. It is Jesus Christ death, burial and resurrection, that made Him ( Jesus Christ) the one who received the inheritance the full inheritance that God had intended for all men from the beginning. Jesus is the owner as HE inherited all things. The human being who accepts Christ and their Lord and Savior will receive all that is needed pertaining to life and godliness as needed from Christ. I can say it this way. Our inheritance is held in trust by the Lord Jesus, He gives to us who believe in Him as the need arises. We have the firstfruit not all the fruit. There are conditions that have to be met in order to receive our full inheritance. Those conditions are simple we must have all our Faith and Trust in Jesus Christ and His pefeect sacrifice. Not what some preacher say we have to do in order to get from God what we deserve. With Christ every need is met. Is all your need met? Are you giving and giving but seeing no real return on what you are giving? Don't you know that all the wealth of the world will not save you. That is the reason I ask how can anyone believe that Jesus died in order for those who follow Joyce and other preaching as she does that Jesus died so they could be rich? Who may I ask is getting rich? Are You? Yeah I know they all pull some scripture to prove their point but is it written and spoken in the context of the Whole Word of God? Who is the one that will Judge sin? Who is the one taht will give us all our just rewards? Is it your preacher or is it the Lord. Who is Lord of your Life?

ReplyDeleteHe tells all his minsters not to listen to anyone else other then what he teaches because He is afraid you will come to hear the truth and no longer give him all your hard earned money. He says those who want to feed you want to lead you. Isn't that exactly what Leroy and Joyce practice. They do not want you to hear anything other then what they teach. Why, because it just may open your eyes to the fact you are being led away from the truth that is written in the word of God. If they truly had the whole truth and were giving the whole truth they would not be afraid the Holy Spirit would prick hearts and show the ones following them that what they have is not what the Lord is saying in His Holy Word. Out of fear they tell you do not discuss scripture with anyone who does not believe what they teach. If you only have certain scriptures to prove your point, but the other person can take the Whole Word of God and prove what you are preaching is wrong, isn't that truly why they will not allow you to have any type conversation with those who want to discuss Scripure? The Whole Scripture, is the Whole counsel of God not just the ones that the money gosple use. While there is some truth in all false teaching the false that is in the money gosple will lead you to destruction as they do not use the Whole Word of God which is the Wisdom of God but use the wisdom of men who in my opinion have deserted the truth for the lie. In this book this man says there is not a get rich scheme that gives you something for nothing. I beg to differ with him and his teaching. God gave His son to all who would believe in Jesus finished Work on the Cross. God has given us everything freely. All we have to do is believe That Jesus paid the price for our sin. We have it all in Christ. Are you truly in Christ when you believe the LIE!!!!! The lie that Joyce and other who are preaching the money Gospel! God does not and will not bless the lie! Satan will and is giving those who refuse the the correction that the LORD sends them. They in fact are denying the Atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ no matter how many times the mention the Shed Blood of Jesus or Christ Crucified.
In Leroy's book he talks as about the " get rich Quick" schemes. He talks about them putting bait on the hook and if there is not bait on the hook fish won't bite. Isn't that exactly what he and other who preach from his book is doing to the poor souls believing they can be as rich as he is or his minister are. How many of the tell you if you want what I have you have to do what I have done. Isn't that baiting the hook? He is telling all who read this book just what He is and most people like he says wants to be prosperous. Boy he got you hook line and sinker!!! This on page 229.
ReplyDeleteThou shall not covet thy neighbors goods!!! What does that truly mean to you. Don't you know that if you follow what Joyce Leiphon and others are teaching “ if you want what I have you have to do what I have done” is telling you it is okay to be a covetous person. Aren't you wanting what they have. Don't they tell you not to listen to anyone other then those who teach as they do. IF you want what Joyce and other are preaching are you not breaking the 10th commandment? Yet not knowing this is a true heart issue. Your heart has not been change by the Shed Blood of Jesus. Yes Jesus fulfilled the law but what Law was it He fulled. Was it the thou shall not's or was it the ceremonial Law. If you are following the money gospel are you not breaking most of the commandments of God. You as I have done can research what Covetousness really means. Though Joyce says she is not a covetousness person by her teaching it proves she has not allowed the Heart Change that only the Holy Spirit can perfom.

I wonder how many who have left LOTWC has seen the hatred in the eyes of them that are still serving their pastor? I have seen the hatred in the eyes of my family members who are following the teaching of Joyce Leiphon, when I try to show the the truth that is written in the Word of God. I have not seen anything from any one of them that would draw me away from the Love I have and do feel from My God and Savior and Lord. Some are so filled with greed they are afraid to listen to anyone other then those that teach as Joyce Leiphon. Being myself raised in a false religion, I can not see any real difference in what Joyce preaches and teaches as what the false religon I was in taught. Joyce was raised in that same religion. So by the fact there are all the rules and regulations you have to follow in order to be saved as Joyce teaches isn't that in fact a false religion? ( if you want your blessing ) Why is it taught in the True Word of God according to John 3:16 “ God so loved the World that He gave His Only Begotten son that all those who believe in Him will have everlasting life,” why does she teach only those who believe in her gospel are the one who will be saved? Isn't that also what the Catholic church has taught in the past? Hasn't she fallen back into “religion.” Does she have the right to make these judgement against those who do not follow what she teaches? Isn't Jesus Christ the one who will Judge the living and the dead? Do you profess Jesus so you can be rich? Or do you trust Jesus because He paid your sin debt? The death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and your faith in HIM is all we need to gain all the Blessing of the LORD God. Not the giving of money or any other deed. Not waiting on your pastor as though she is god. Is she truly the gift that God has given you or is it the Lord Jesus Christ.and HIM Crucified

ReplyDeleteI can only listen just so much to Joyce Leiphon preaching. I was listening to her preach on 9/24 she again told of a vision or whatever she called it that God had shown her a deep dark evil pit and in that pit she saw the Light. She said people would be coming out tonight from the darkness into the light. Just like the time He showed her that people were leaving her church and falling off the cliff. I truly believe God is trying to get her attention directly. People are leaving her church, and by leaving her teaching they are in fact leaving the darkness she is teaching and entering into the True Light of the World which is the true Gospel of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and HIM Crucified. My prayer is that Joyce would surrender herself to the Lord Jesus Christ and repent from the false she is teaching in the “ money cometh doctrine” and the doctrine of demons. Again Joyce has refused the rebuke of the Lord God. Our God and Father will rebuke and correct those who are truly His. There will come a time He will no longer suffer your rebuke,Joyce.
ReplyDeleteHow long Joyce will you refuse to repent of your evil ways and turn to the Truth that Jesus is pointing you to. You have said many times that people have told you that what you were preaching was not the truth an you rejected them. Now it appears to me that the LORD Himself is trying to get your attention calling you to come to Him. “God so love the World that He gave His Only Son that all that believe in Him shall be saved.” The will of God is that none be lost. I truly believe My God is honoring the prayers of mine and Joyce's father that all His Children serve the LORD, by correcting her. We all can believe we are serving the Lord and still not be what Christ has called us all to be. Are you who follow Joyce so sure that she is teaching the truth? Are you so sure of your eternal life is going to be with Jesus?
ReplyDeleteWhat is the proof that you are a “ real” Christian? According to Joyce it is the signs and wonders that follow you. Is Joyce not preaching what the Pharisee and the scribes taught? They looked for signs and wonders but what did Jesus say to them. Matthew 12 is a good place to start. According to 1 John 3:16 -17, “ By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17) But whoever, has this world's goods and sees his brother in need and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him. 18) My little children let us not love in word or in tongue but in deed and truth.: What greater Blessing can any of us ask for then to have had Jesus Christ and Him Crucified to become real in our lives. To know that the LOVE of God has been given to all those ( whomsoever) that believe in HIM. Place ALL their faith and trust in Him. With out faith in HIM who died for us we cannot please God. It has nothing to do with the anointing that Joyce speaks of. The anointing belongs to the HOLY SPIRIT not to Joyce or the one she follows. Are you sick and tired of being broke, are you sick and tired of being told you do not have what it takes to be blessed by the Most Holy God. We all live in a fallen world at this time but according to Joyce you can demand from God what you want and he has to give it to you. According to the truth we cannot demand anything from the one who died for us. He gives as we give ourselves to HIM. Have you truly given you whole self to the Lord Jesus Christ or are you just wanting what Joyce says you can have.
Many have come to Joyce and have told her the same thing God had Jonah tell the people in Nineveh. Jonah refused at first but when he was obedient to the Word of God the people of Nineveh repented. How long will you reject the doubts God has placed in your Heart against the teaching of Joyce Leiphon and others like her. If you are truly seeking the LORD God Almighty I know you have doubts about what she teaches. If you are just seeking the Blessings of the LORD well stay where you are with Joyce and you will receive all that she will receive for all eternity. Unless you repent and turn from your evil wicked ways you will not receive eternal life. These I know are Harsh words But they are the True Words of the Holy God. Do you seek sings, and wonders and great wealth? Or are you seeking the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Self promotes self.
Joyce tells you not to have any contact with sinners! Who did Jesus die for? What did he tell those in the Scripture about those who thought they were more then the so called sinner. Didn't he call them a brood of vipers? Isn't Joyce and those teaching as she does a Pharisee or maybe even a scribe according to what the True Word of God says? Something to think about. Are you seeking signs and wonders and great wealth as the Pharisees and scribes. Or are you truly seeking the Face of a Thrice HOLY GOD?

ReplyDeleteWell I would love to be able to sit down with her and show Her the truth that is revealed in the true written word of God on this subject. However, unless the Holy Spirit pricks her heart to want to know the truth I can only pray for her salvation,.We because we a not little g gods we do not know everything that God knows and never will know all things. Yes those who are His are one with Father God and Jesus but does that really mean we are truly little gods. I suggest to you Joyce to search the truth from the Written Word of God and quit following the teaching and doctrine of men. I pray for you to receive the true Revelation from the True Word of God.
I do read and study the Bible. I do depend on the Holy Spirit to quicken My heart to the truth. Do you? It is so sad that you are standing there preaching everything Our Dad preached against. Repent Joyce while there is still life in you that you can. Once the breath of life has gone out of you there will not be time to ask forgiveness. I love you Joyce and if I didn't I would not open my mouth about the false that you teach. Humble yourself before the LORD and He will exalt you.
I think it is so sad that when family members can not come together and discuss all that the Lord has done for them because they do not believe exactly the same. If we are truly His we should be able to show one another the fellowship of Love to one another. IF truth was known those who shun those who do not believe exactly as they do actually do not have the Love of Christ in them. Was it not Jesus who said if you love me keep my commandments! Then what were the two He gave. Was it not Love God with your whole being and your neighbor as yourself. If you cannot be around or fellowship with those of your own family and show them the LOVE God has shown you how can you love God or your neighbor as yourself. When you can not discuss the Word of God because one does not see things as you do and refuse to have any contact at all with them are you not putting yourself even above the Word of God. How do you truly show the Love of God? I am afraid that most of my natural born family members think it is by shunning those who do not treat them as if they are the only ones the Lord through the Holy Spirit speaks to. We are not puppets we all have a free will and we all learn differently. I do not believe in the little g god doctrine. I do not believe in the Word of Faith doctrine. I do not believe in the money cometh doctrine. I do believe in the Gospel that Paul preached and that is as Paul said “ I know nothing except Jesus Christ and HIM crucified”. Do those who follow Joyce and the teaching of Leroy truly believe it is all about Jesus and His shed blood or is it just words they use in order to be able to shun those who do not follow them. Of course it is all about money!. They are afraid if you fellowship with those who do not follow them the Spirit of the Living God just might open their blind eyes and they will lose out on much money. I will follow Jesus even if none go with me I will Follow Him never a man other then the Man Jesus Christ the one who died for me. Are you told the Holy Spirit never convicts one of those whose are the Lords? The Holy Spirit only convicts sinners? Does your preacher use Hebrew 7:26 to tell you to avoid “ sinners” including family members? If those who claim to be called of God tells you to avoid sinners where are you going to go to avoid them. Weren't you according to the Word of God that while you were still a sinner Christ died for you? Wasn't your preacher also a Sinner before? Romans 3:23 How do people get saved it they are never shown the Love of God that you supposedly have been shown. If you avoid those you claim to be sinners doesn't that in fact make you a sinner? Aren't you judging someone's sin while not looking at your own? Don't you know your preacher is not perfect that they are all human and some more then other sin greatly? When self is the main focus on any pulpit ( What I can have What I can do ) where is Jesus Christ? How many truly believe the greatest Blessing anyone can have is the NEW BIRTH we receive when Christ becomes our Lord, Savior, Master? Are you putting your desire for money ahead of your desire to see lost loved one saved?

However going to the Amplified Bible Col 3: 4 reads this way not the way Joyce read it. “ When Christ who is our Life, then you also will appear with Him in Glory.” Now Joyce read it like this “ When Christ who is our REAL life, then you also will appear with Him in Glory.” Joyce added Real. That has not been written into the Amplified Bible. Or if it is in her Amplified Bible did she rewrite that Passage.

I can't understand how Joyce can say that she can feel the heaviness of the Lord there present in that meeting. According to the above scripture if you have heaviness there is an answer for it. Praise, Praise and more Praise. Now according to what Joyce was saying because they had been praising the lord there was a heaviness present. I have to ask how can it be? When true praise lifts the heaviness according to the Word of God.. Maybe the conviction of the True Spirit of God was there prompting repentence. If you are confused as Joyce claims some of you are would you not go to the Lord to seek his face to see what He is telling you. Of course Joyce says this is from Satan. She gives Satan so much glory that is surpasses the Glory of The LORD. We our sin nature is rampant in the church today. Yet Joyce and others who preach as she does no longer believe we are responsible for most of all our failures. We want to be “ as god”. Isn't that what brought death to the whole human race? Our God requires simple faith in Christ and His Cross. You can give your money but that will not save you. You can obey you preacher but that will not save you. You can go to church and be connected to another such as Joyce and Leroy tells you but that will not save you. Only simple faith in Christ and His Cross is the means of Salvation, Sanctification, Justification.
I do not have to wonder why Joyce and others who preach the money gospel as she does as I know in my heart she is being lead by a spirit other the the Spirit of the living God. You see God made the redemption plan between Himself and Man. The Man was and is Jesus Christ. Now if you want to be lead by a seducing spirit which is the same spirit that that we are told about in 1Kings 16 through at least chapter 21, keep believing you can give enough money to be Blessed by God. The redemption Plan of God has nothing to do with what we do but what God has already done. It is called simple Faith in the Work of Jesus Christ not what man can determine is pleasing to God. I pray to break that Jezebel spirit that all of you are following. Don't you think it odd that only those who follow Joyce and Leroy are the true church when you have to give so much to them you really do not have time to spend with the LORD and ask for HIS truth. You are comfortable to let Joyce and those who teach as she to be telling you what the Lord says. Sounds to me you are like the Israelite's coming out of Egypt. They didn't want to hear from God themselves but told Moses to go seek the Lord and they would do what He said. Is that truly the New Covenant. Hasn't the LORD poured out His Spirit on you or are you still wanting to be in Egypt like the Israelites. Are you so sure Joyce knows what she is talking about?

Look at any other aspect of Christ’s work, whether it is healing, saving, or sanctifying, and you will see that there is nothing limitless about those. But— “The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”— that is limitless (John 1:29). The missionary’s message is the limitless importance of Jesus Christ as the propitiation for our sins, and a missionary is someone who is immersed in the truth of that revelation.
The real key to the missionary’s message is the “remissionary” aspect of Christ’s life, not His kindness, His goodness, or even His revealing of the fatherhood of God to us. “. . . repentance and remission of sins should be preached . . . to all nations . . .” (Luke 24:47). The greatest message of limitless importance is that “He Himself is the propitiation for our sins . . . .” The missionary’s message is not nationalistic, favoring nations or individuals; it is “for the whole world.” When the Holy Spirit comes into me, He does not consider my partialities or preferences; He simply brings me into oneness with the Lord Jesus.
A missionary is someone who is bound by marriage to the stated mission and purpose of his Lord and Master. He is not to proclaim his own point of view, but is only to proclaim “the Lamb of God.” It is easier to belong to a faction that simply tells what Jesus Christ has done for me, and easier to become a devotee of divine healing, or of a special type of sanctification, or of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. But Paul did not say, “Woe is me if I do not preach what Christ has done for me,” but, “. . . woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16). And this is the gospel— “the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”

Pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest —Matthew 9:38
The key to the missionary’s difficult task is in the hand of God, and that key is prayer, not work— that is, not work as the word is commonly used today, which often results in the shifting of our focus away from God. The key to the missionary’s difficult task is also not the key of common sense, nor is it the key of medicine, civilization, education, or even evangelization. The key is in following the Master’s orders— the key is prayer. “Pray the Lord of the harvest . . . .” In the natural realm, prayer is not practical but absurd. We have to realize that prayer is foolish from the commonsense point of view.
From Jesus Christ’s perspective, there are no nations, but only the world. How many of us pray without regard to the persons, but with regard to only one Person— Jesus Christ? He owns the harvest that is produced through distress and through conviction of sin. This is the harvest for which we have to pray that laborers be sent out to reap. We stay busy at work, while people all around us are ripe and ready to be harvested; we do not reap even one of them, but simply waste our Lord’s time in over-energized activities and programs. Suppose a crisis were to come into your father’s or your brother’s life— are you there as a laborer to reap the harvest for Jesus Christ? Is your response, “Oh, but I have a special work to do!” No Christian has a special work to do. A Christian is called to be Jesus Christ’s own, “a servant [who] is not greater than his master” (John 13:16), and someone who does not dictate to Jesus Christ what he intends to do. Our Lord calls us to no special work— He calls us to Himself. “Pray the Lord of the harvest,” and He will engineer your circumstances to send you out as His laborer.
The more I listen to Joyce and her preaching the more I realize she is devoid of all understanding of the Word of God from Genesis to revelations. Out of her own mouth she has said according to the Word of God ( John 3:16, 6:40, John 10:9). That all who believe that Jesus is and was the Only son of God who died on the Cross for all me shall be saved.
ReplyDeleteAll these scriptures do not tell us that only those who follow Joyce and Leroy and their teaching will be saved but all who profess Jesus Christ as their Lord an Savior will be saved. However, according to Joyce and her behavior towards those who have left her church they are no longer included in the ones who are saved. However, doesn’t' the scriptures say “ all who Call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved”. What give Joyce the right to call those who believe in Jesus death burial and resurrection to be sinners and to avoid them if they do not follow her teaching. I know she believes as Adam and Eve believe that they would be gods on the earth. So sad. Joyce has placed her faith in the same lie Adam and Eve did. She has no true understanding of the Atonement of the LORD Jesus Christ and His Cross. When you have the atonement wrong as is obvious with Joyce preaching what else does she have wrong. Everything is wrong in her life according to the Whole Scriptures from Genesis to Revaluation. Those who have left her church have obeyed the prompting of the Holy Spirit and Joyce denies they have been obedient to the LORD. She refuses to fellowship with anyone who does not accept her being god on the earth. Does the Word of God tell us not to have fellowship with people who do not believe what we preach or is the Word of God telling us not to fellowship with those who are preaching the LIE?
My niece was married on Saturday the 25th of October. I was so thrilled to be able to attend. Now as happy as I am for my niece, I was saddened by the fact that even though my sister the Bride's mother came was not happy about this marriage. To my understanding it is because my niece had left the church the mother attended. I also understand that the Pastor who is also my sister along with the Bride's mother called the Groom several months ago “ trailer trash” because he lived in a 8' x 40' travel trailer. According to my understanding this Groom lived out of this because he took his home wherever he worked instead of having to rent a place every other town he was working in. I have to ask Joyce Leiphon and her sister why is this man considered trailer trash when in fact our family lived in a 8'x 40' trailer when Joyce was born. Doesn't that alone also make her trailer trash? Now getting back to the Wedding. The Brides mother was late for the Wedding and from the look on her face you could tell she did not want to be there. She believes she has the right to judge her daughter's choice of leaving LOTWC. Anyone who leaves this church is shunned. It totally shocked me when the Bride's mother showed more enthusiasm talking to another person who had left LOTWC a few years ago. The Brides mother made comments to me that proved she did not want to be there so I figured Joyce told her to go so she could find out if any of the members of her church attended the Wedding in direct disobedience to Joyce. My niece is very happy with the man God sent to LOTWC to be her husband. While my niece and her new husband no longer attend LOTWC they are in fact attending a church that is preaching the truth unlike Joyce. The Bride's mother will some day regret shunning her daughter by treating her as though she has committed the unpardonable sin. It is so sad that you choose to follow someone who believes they are god and not be allow to fellowship with anyone who does not believe as she does. So sad.

Then when we read Proverbs 30:8 which says “ remove falsehood and lies far from me; Give me neither poverty nor riches, Feed me with the food allotted to me. Lest I be full and deny you and say Who is the Lord”? Or lest I be poor and steal and profane the name of my God.
Yet again Joyce says you are selfish if you ask not to be rich. Who do you believe Joyce Leiphon or the Word of the Most High God?
I just heard Joyce tell those listening to her that they are selfish if the do not ask to be make rich. It truly appears Joyce really does not know the truth that is written in the Whole word of God.

When we become self-righteous as Joyce and her follow have become it is a putrid smell in the nostrils of God? If you do not do as I say bad things will happen to you! Isn't that what Joyce preaches. You are not allowed to have fellowship with anyone who does not accept what she teaches? If your family members do not conform to the teaching of the “ money cometh doctrine you will be lost? You cannot have any involvement with sinners! Who did Jesus die for? Was it for the self-righteous or was it for those who knew they needed a savior because they knew they were sinners? I am born again and I believe all the Bible says however, I do not know all that the Bible says and neither does anyone else. I do know that I have to place all my faith and trust in the only Sacrifice that has been offered and will never be offered again and that is “ Christ and Him crucified”. Not the added part that Joyce and others add to the true Gospel. Money cometh gospel will not save you or even make you rich. Oh yeah some will get rich off the backs of those who fall for the lie but most won't. The definition of a cult is to change what the Word of God says. That sure looks like LOWTC to me. Those who follow this are motivated by money not the Lord Jesus Christ and His shed Blood. They all want to be rich.
While listening to Joyce Leiphon from her preaching on the 9 of November I was totally shocked but should not have been when she stated we are not all the same in Christ Jesus. Or should I say equal! Now what a statement to make for some one who claims to know the WHOLE Word of God. She also states that the five fold ministry is the government of God on the earth. No where can I read any of this to be true. If we are truly born again we are Children of the Most High God and He does not respect one person more the another!!!! Joyce would like you to believe that she is your mediator, that God has placed her in your life to lead and guide into all truth. However, the Holy Spirit is the one who leads and guides us into all truth. WE who are covered in the Blood of Jesus have no other covering! But as Joyce teaches she and Leroy are your covering! We have no other connection other then the Holy Spirit! We who have placed our Faith and Trust in Jesus Christ and HIM Crucified are warned not to be deceived by those who come as an angel of light when they are truly ravenous as wolves. Wolfs in sheep clothing. I have heard nothing out what Joyce Leiphon preaches that I would give my Savior and Lord up for. Not for all the money cometh she has and is preaching. You see Jesus Christ died for me not Joyce or any other preacher. I will face Jesus Christ on Judgment day and HE will reward me for my faith and trust in him. Not on how much money I gave or how much honor I gave to a preacher. Jesus is the same yesterday and today and forever. If He called the religious leaders of his day brood of vipers many other names why does Joyce say that anyone who speaks against what she teaches is from Satan. When Jesus would tell her the same that I have posted on this Blog. Repent while you still have breath. Stop lying to the people who follow you. You my dear sister are a tool of Satan and you stand on your pulpit and play as though you are innocent. The Blood of many will be on your hands including your daughter and your other family members. ReplyDeleteI have been listening to Joyce and again I am amazed that How much about the Holy Scripture she has no clue about. She was speaking about the Pharisees and the other religious leaders of Jesus Day. She made the statement that the Pharisees and other religious leaders didn't know who Jesus Was. How ignorant of the Word of God can you be Joyce when it is clear they did know He was the Son of God. What they believed however, was that Jesus would take over and they would loose their position. So Joyce I do believe you need to do more studying the Word instead of taking what you have heard someone else say. They just like you want to be worshiped and be looked upon as Royalty. Matter of fact haven't you made the statement that you are a member of the Royal family? Doesn't the Epistle of Peter tell us that all who are in Christ are a peculiar people a Royal priesthood. So what make you more special then anyone else who profess the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Though she uses a lot of scripture taken out of context that is written she is teaching that we or those who follow her and Leroy will take over the earth. With this they will set up the Kingdom of God on the earth. Well what she says to me means that Jesus does not have to come back. That she and her followers will conquer the whole world for Christ. Now watching her thumb through the pages of the bible looking for the verses she wants, shows me, she doesn't spend as much time reading and studying the Word of God as she claims but spends much time in only the teaching,and what she receives from her man of gwad.. Does the Bible truly say that Christians will take over this world with out the “ Resurrection” ( rapture of the Church) happening and then the advent of the Anti Christ, then the Jews calling out for their redeemer as they did while in Egypt and Jesus 2nd coming. If this is what she is preaching and I know it is, how can you say you know anything about the Word of God let alone stand in a pulpit and preach such lies.
ReplyDeleteJesus says for us to “ Watch” . 2 Peter 3: 10 says “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away way with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. What good will all your money power and wealth do you on that Glorious day. The preaching of the gospel that Joyce preaches saves no one. It does however, put money in the pockets of those preaching it.
Going along with the above post, I have to wonder if Joyce has ever read 2 Tim 3:1-7. This Scripture alone contradicts What she preached on 11/12/14. The Body of Christ will not prevail as Joyce claims but as the true Written Word of God explains. The world will become worse and worse!! If you are a true student of the Holy Bible and you read and study the Whole Word of God, ask for the Help of the Holy Spirit to give you the wisdom, revelation and knowledge of His Word you would not be falling for every wind of doctrine false teacher spew.. oh yeah you might for a while but you would not consistently follow the lies. By the way Joyce says Adam was deceived. However, according to the truth Written in the Bible it was EVE who was deceived not Adam. Adam Chose to sin in order to become like God. Now here we are again with preachers telling us we can become Like God. Isn't that the great sin of Adam. Wanting to be God on or in the earth? Isn't that Pride or what?
ReplyDeleteJoyce says in her preaching that the Satan cannot enter the presence of God. Well according to the Bible Job 1:7 “And the Lord said to Satan “ From where do you come?” Satan answered the Lord and said, “ From going to and fro on the earth and from walking back and forth on it”.

There can be lying spirits in the mouths of prophets (1 Kings 22:21-23; 2 Chronicles 18:20-22). Satan can speak right after God speaks (Matthew 16:23). Sometimes people who seem to say the right things are really from the devil (Acts 13:6-12; 16:16-18). It is important to test the word of anyone who claims to speak from God (1 John 4:1-3). Satan can work deceiving miracles (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10, Revelation 13:11-14). The devil will try to infiltrate the church with false teachers (Jude 4, 2 Peter 2:1-2). How we need the gift of discernment in the church today!
isn't Joyce living out of the old Priesthood of the law? the people didn't want God to speak to them but told Moses to tell God they would listen to Moses if God would tell Him what to tell them. Isn't Joyce telling her followers that if what they think God is telling them does not line with up what she is telling them then it truly isn't God telling but Satan telling them something?. I would rather trust that God is telling me this or that, and not depend on another person to tell me if it is God or not. My understanding is that He speaks to each of His Children and that Jesus is the Mediator not a preacher. The priest of old were a type of Christ but not Christ. Yet from all I hear and see from Joyce she truly thinks she has become Him. That all she says has to be obeyed in order to stay connected to god. Now, where does that leave Jesus in your life? Does it put Jesus under Joyce authority or what?
ReplyDeleteGenesis 1:28 Joyce preaches that since Man is made in the image and likeness of Him that when we accept Jesus Christ we have the same power to create as God has. Now is this truly what this verse means. My understanding of this verse is: There is one God containing three persons. God made man in the beginning as one person He made them Male and Female. God created the Family. As God and the three persons are one so are the Male and Female. This is where God created Marriage, and family. The two shall become one.
ReplyDeleteEve was deceive and believed as Joyce teaches that she could be god on the earth. Adam was not deceived He like Joyce wanted to be god. Now when you read in Chapter 3:22 The word of God explains what is meant by “becoming like one of us,” That is “ to know good and evil”!We all received a sin nature from Adam. Adams nature changed from being formed in the image and likeness of god into a nature bent towards every evil desire man could imagine.
Joyce says that Jesus brought those who believe as she teaches back to what God had created in the beginning. However, in searching the Scriptures I have come to realize that is not the case. What Jesus did was to bring us back into a relationship with the most Holy God that Adam had lost by disobeying the only commandment he was given.
When we accept Jesus Christ the true Jesus we become a new creation not a restored creation. We still have a “sin nature”. However it is not to be dominant in our daily lives. We all have a propensity to sin. Romans 3:23 “ All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God”. It doesn't say some have sinned it says All have sinned. Did Jesus really die to restore those who believe as Joyce teaches that we can become Him on the earth? Absolutely not, He paid our sin debt so we could regain our relationship with the Most Holy God. Do you really have a relationship with the Most Holy God by believing you have become Him on or in the earth. I think the Words of Jesus says to the Apostle to wait and he will send the Holy Spirit back to lead and guide us into all truth. The Holy Spirit is God on and in the Earth not any man. Are you rightly connected to Jesus Christ and the Most Holy God or are you connected to what some man or woman who claims to be God on and in the earth. All Humans are created beings. We cannot nor never will be able to create anything because all things have been created by God in the beginning. Adam never created anything other the giving us all a “ sin nature”. Are you who follow what Joyce teaches following the true Word of God or are you like Adam wanting to be God on the earth? Isn't it sin to believe you can be god even if it is the little “god”.
I have to wonder what God thinks of Joyce Leiphon and the way she believe she has become him. She says she is living as Jesus did on the earth. I wonder how many truly believe that when she shuns members of her own family because they do not bow down and worship her. Thanksgiving is coming up soon. My niece used to go to Joyce church. When the Holy Spirit pricked her heart over and over and she finally left that church. After giving Joyce half her income for about five years, Joyce treats her as if she has committed the unpardonable sin. Again this year with my niece only having a mother and an Aunt and a couple cousin in FL she again has been excluded from Thanksgiving. Why, because Joyce cannot be around anyone who does not agree with her. My niece own mother is following Joyce and refuses to have anything to do with her daughter and granddaughter. I wonder if this really was the way Jesus treated his half brothers and sisters he was raised with when they refuse to believe He was the Savior . Their Savior. Now from the way Joyce preaches and teaches she has become the Savior of the World and if you do not bow down and worship her you are lost. So with saying this I truly believe that if Joyce does not repent she will bust Hell wide open. You See there in only one Savior and it is NOT Joyce Leiphon. I do not understand anyone thinking the are so perfect that they might contaminate their holiness by being around someone who has seen what a fake Joyce Leiphon is . Another sad thing is the mother of the one being shunned is just as guilty in the Sight of the Most Holy God as everyone who believes they are the only ones who have the right to be honored.

Now you tell people how God saved your life when your Son was born. After all I have been hearing you preach I have come to realize that the Lord Honored our Dads prayers to save your life and the life of your son. Not because He was going to use you in a mighty way but because you really were not saved. You had said the Words yet did not truly believe that you needed a Savior. God the Most High God knows your heart, even thought by your own actions you do not. Jesus Christ rebuked people like you in the days He walked this earth. Are you above The one who Died for you. I mean Jesus Christ not Leroy Thompson. Now you also say you had a stroke and the Lord protected you. Joyce, you as well as the LORD knows this is a lie. You have always wanted to be center of attention, just as all humans want to be. However, I truly believe unless you repent and turn from your evil wicked ways you will be lost. The way you treat those who do not trust what you say is truth proves you are not who you say you are. You are not a little “g” god or any kind of god. There is only one God with three divine persons in the God head and you are not one of them. You can profess it all you want but that will never make it true. God has sent many to show you the error of your way but you have refuse that correction. You have stopped the Holy Spirit working in your life. You preach the Holy Spirit does not convict those who are in Him of Sin. He only convicts those who are lost of sin. That is a lie from the pit of hell. The Holy Spirit does convict all who profess Jesus Christ of the error of their way and we all need that correction and conviction from God. Yet you refuse Him. With the error you are preaching you have deny the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You claim to be him just as the bible says many will do in the last days. You in fact are one of the many antichrist that will claim to be Him. There have been many over the century’s and there will be many more before Christ Returns for HIS Church. HE will not be returning for your church. Though you preach Jesus Christ Crucified and his precious Blood you do not believe what you preach because you have added to the true Gospel. You my dear Sister are the kind of man and women God says not to fellowship with. You my dear sister are one to the many who will turn from the truth of the True Gospel for gain. You have rejected the truth for the lie. Money cometh to the body of Christ is a false Gospel and you have fallen for it hook line and sinker. I am not so sure that you have crossed the Line. Yet I have to believe the Lord saved your life when you son was born to give you time to repent and realize just how evil you heart truly is. All men have fallen short of the Glory of God and you are no different then all men. Repent Joyce if you have not crossed the line. The Lord corrects His Children, If you reject his correction continually you will be lost forever to eternal hell. You will have received your reward on this earth an there will be no good out come to your life here in the earth. I love you Joyce if I didn't I would not be telling you the truth that is written in the Word of the Most Holy God and what He has put on my heart to say to you. Like I said I would rather talk to you over the phone or through a email but you believe you are god and do not have to have anything to do with those who do not worship you. I worship only one God and that God is Most Holy. I thank the Lord Jesus Christ every day for the saving Grace he has given me. I know in my heart soul mind and body That Jesus Christ is the LORD of my life. HE died for me and you refuse to speak to one of the Kings kids because this Kings Kid does not worship you. How you have treated members of your own family shows you have no concept of the truth of the Word of God. Again I say repent if you can. Love you Jan.

ReplyDeleteWhile listening to Joyce preaching as she calls it today on her Sunday morning broadcast I was really shocked to hear her say that Jesus wiped the dust off his feet when He came into contact with sinners who would not listen to him. My question if this is fact from the Bible why then did He die for us while we were still sinners. According to Matthew 10 You will realize Jesus told His disciples to go only to the " lost Sheep " of Israel. NOT the whole world. He also told them not to take any thing from anyone but their hospitality. I think if you will read this chapter you will realize what Joyce says about one bad apple spoiling the whole bag in fact she is the bad apple spoiling those who follow her. If as she has said that Jesus wiped the dust off His feet concerning sinners why did he die for all MEN. You Joyce are a hypocrite. You sit with sinners every time you go to you Son's house for dinner or have anything to do with him. Since he does not profess to be a Christian. You take money from the ones following you which is totally against the truth that is in the Word of God. Jesus told His disciple " Freely you have received freely give. Joyce you should read and study the Bible for yourself instead of taking someone's word for what it says. There is not private interpretation of the Word of God and just because you have received special revelation does not mean it is from the HOLY Spirit. We have no right to judge the sin in another persons Life only God has that right. So when you avoid those who no longer believe you are "god" you are the one that is missing out on the truth of the Gospel that Jesus taught His disciples. You Joyce are an enemy of the Most Holy God. I pray for you to turn from you evil wicked way and come to Jesus for Salvation, Sanctification and Justification. Don't you realize you are just like the religious leaders of Jesus Day I am sure you do not because as they thought being rich showed you were being blessed by God. You may very will be bless by a god but it sure isn't the Most Holy God you say you believe and trust in. Other wise you would depend totally on Him for your every need just as the Apostles did in Matthew Chapter 10.

It is a trap to presume that God wants to make us perfect specimens of what He can do— God’s purpose is to make us one with Himself. The emphasis of holiness movements tends to be that God is producing specimens of holiness to put in His museum. If you accept this concept of personal holiness, your life’s determined purpose will not be for God, but for what you call the evidence of God in your life. How can we say, “It could never be God’s will for me to be sick”? If it was God’s will to bruise His own Son (Isaiah 53:10), why shouldn’t He bruise you? What shines forth and reveals God in your life is not your relative consistency to an idea of what a saint should be, but your genuine, living relationship with Jesus Christ, and your unrestrained devotion to Him whether you are well or sick.
Christian perfection is not, and never can be, human perfection. Christian perfection is the perfection of a relationship with God that shows itself to be true even amid the seemingly unimportant aspects of human life. When you obey the call of Jesus Christ, the first thing that hits you is the pointlessness of the things you have to do. The next thought that strikes you is that other people seem to be living perfectly consistent lives. Such lives may leave you with the idea that God is unnecessary— that through your own human effort and devotion you can attain God’s standard for your life. In a fallen world this can never be done. I am called to live in such a perfect relationship with God that my life produces a yearning for God in the lives of others, not admiration for myself. Thoughts about myself hinder my usefulness to God. God’s purpose is not to perfect me to make me a trophy in His showcase; He is getting me to the place where He can use me. Let Him do what He wants.
With reading this piece by Oswald Chambers Phil 3:12 proves that what Joyce is preaching is totally against the True Gospel. Repent Joyce while you still have breath in you soul and spirit. you know there is not evidence written the the Bible that Adam or Eve ever asked God to forgive them of their disobedience. Joyce will you remain as Eve and continue on with the same lie she fell for.
So many people think as Joyce teaches that the only Way you reject Jesus Christ is by saying you do not want Him!! Are you one of those who believe this? Don't you know you have rejected Jesus and His perfect sacrifice when you follow false teachings such as what Joyce teaches, Don't you know when you think you can live by the Holy Word of God, you, as Joyce teaches because you are a child of god and nothing can change that you are going down a deep hole. If anyone could live as Joyce preaches then there would have been no need for Jesus to die on the Cross. Who, is as Perfect as Joyce Leiphon claims to be, please, tell me. Is Joyce really as perfect as she claim? Can you really trust that she knows what she says she knows. Can you really believe those following her can really be little “g” god on this earth? Can you really believe that those who follow her will become the rulers of the World. because she says Jesus lives in you. According to the book of Revelation the Nation of Israel will be the government of God on the earth after Jesus returns and HE sets up His Kingdom on the earth. Now to hear Joyce talk you would really think you can live a perfect life because Jesus lives on the inside of you. Yet she denies that the Holy Spirit will convict you of sin in your life. The Great Apostle Paul according to the Book of Roman never attain the status that Joyce and others claim. Self righteousness is rejection of the Cross of Christ. Self righteousness is rejecting the finished work of Jesus on the Cross. Don't you realize when we come to Christ we repent of all good and evil in our lives. Why do I say this. All our best and goodness is as filthy rags in the sight of God. Joyce, you present yourself as a filthy Rag in Gods sight. Do you know what that filthy rag stood for in the bible?It is a putrid smell in the nostrils of the Most Holy God. Again I say repent, I just listen to more of her preaching this morning. I can only take a little at a time. She claims that you only can reject Jesus by saying you no longer want Him in your life. When in fact believing What she and others are teaching you have rejected Him for your own Righteousness. Wake up people! Are you not tired of giving more and more money to support this and other preachers when Jesus told His twelve Apostles to take nothing with them, take no money from the ones they spread the Good news of Jesus too. Take only the food that is offered to them because they “ freely received and they should freely give” .Are you so sure the Holy Spirit has not already convicted you that what Joyce and others are preaching is not the truth?
ReplyDeleteWhat Joyce tells you is if you doubt what she says you are in fact turning away form God because all doubt in what she teaches is unbelief. She says she cannot be around sinners as it will make her dirty. How can you get the gospel to those whom she believes is a sinner if she never talks to them or has any form of contact with them. Is she so afraid she will no longer be god. Many people who Joyce condemns as a sinner actually profess Jesus Christ the same as she does but because they do not trust that she is god they are sinners. What a farce she is presenting to all who listen to her. She herself has rejected the finished work of Jesus Christ and is presenting herself as your savior. Self-righteousness is sin. Greed is sin. Using the Word of God for gain is sin. Teaching that you can use the Word of God to make God give you what you want is nothing but witchcraft. Confession until you possess it also witchcraft. You do the research on all I am saying. I have, and it hurts the Holy God to have this person and others lead so many away from the Thrice Holy God. Are you like Joyce wanting the blessing of God yet not following His plan to receive those blessing? Satan is using those who teach like Joyce? He is the god of their lives even if they deny it. The Bible is clear about those who preach and teach the True Gospel. HE God the Lord Will provide. Do you really believe Joyce and others like Joyce are depending on Jesus for their provision? It appears to me she is depending on the poor souls who are follow for her lifestyle she believes she deserves. None of us even those of us who Know the Lord Jesus Christ ever think the deserve anything but the Wrath of the most Holy God. We who are following Christ realize He paid a debt we could not pay. He was and is our substitute. We will never be as perfect as Joyce and others preach they have become. “ All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God”. These are Gods own words. It is written in the Old Testament as well as the new.

Yet where is her compassion in dealing with family members whom she thinks are sinners?She avoids everyone who does not believe what she preaches. She has avoided any contact with me since I told her what she was preaching was a lie. That she was stealing from those who trusted her to speak what the True Word God says.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what Joyce believes about Jesus speaking in Luke 15:4-7 where he says what man does not go after one lost sheep leaving the other 99 in the wilderness and how all heaven breaks out with Joy when a sinner repents and turns to back to the Lord. The the joy all of heaven is more for the lost one who returns then all of heaven has for the 99. So how can you even think of shunning someone when you are not God and you do not know their heart. God is the only one that knows the heart of man. He knows my heart and He knows your heart. Do you truly believe you know a persons heart because of the outside appearance. Just like the Pharisee. You read in Gal 5:19 about the works of the flesh yet only really point out just a few. Don't you know that every false word out of your mouth will be Judged by the Most High God. The one you claim to be presenting to those who follow you. So you believe because you profess Jesus Christ is your savior yet can teach a false Gospel are you not living a sin filled life. Sin is sin regardless who commits it. However, Sin of the heart are worse in the sight of God. Yes when we do not repent of sins of the flesh, we do not allow the Holy Spirit to convict us of sin we will not enter the Kingdom of God or spend eternity with the LORD. Do you think those who are full of Pride and self-righteousness and greed such as you will truly be the rulers of the Kingdom of God. Covetousness Joyce is a sin and you deny you are coveting your followers money! Covetousness is the same as IDOLATRY. You say you do not need their money as God will provide for you. Then why do you take what is not yours to take. Why have you told your followers to stop placing their cash on you pulpit? Are you obeying the laws of the Land as we are told to do in the Holy Word of God. Even Jesus paid taxes. Are you not a liar when you do not turn all the cash you receive into the IRS. Everything that is hidden will be made known Joyce. You have hidden a lot in your life you as the rest of the human race has sinned and we all still sin. There is not one perfect Christian in this world or even one that has ever lived. Jesus Christ is and was the only Perfect Human that ever lived. By the way having more of every thing more then enough never being sick and never dying is not part of the fruit of the Spirit as it is written in my Bible. Are you adding pages to the Word of God? You see Joyce the Abundant life is “ Jesus living in born again believers” not those pretending to be something they are not. Preach the truth of the Word of God and get off your holier then thou pulpit. God the True God did not call you to preach. If he had you would be preaching the truth not the greed gospel you are preaching. I truly believe you have rejected the real Jesus Christ for the one you want to be. Everyone has a free will to chose to believe the truth or the lie. When someone leaves your group you say they have reject Christ. Well from all I have heard from those who have left your cult they have found the truth and it ain't in “ money cometh”. And since you think you are the savior of the World why didn't you leave your 12 sheep and go after the one that you believe is lost? My Savior did. But not you. You refuse to even allow you own family to be at family functions because you can't be in the same room with some one who has the true Holy Spirit leading and guiding them.
I know there is nothing I can say to you Joyce that will lead you to the truth of the Word of God. However, there are many souls out here looking for the truth and what you are spreading is not what the Word of God says!! Jesus Christ and Him Crucified is the whole true Gospel. Everything we need for life and Godliness is only in our faith and trust In That Finished work. When we including you place our Faith in the only Perfect Sacrifice all provision is made for us. When you become unteachable as you have become even God will not violate your free will to chose to believe the lie you are spreading. You are the one the Bible says not to have fellowship with not the sinner you chose to avoid. Are you so afraid you can be proved wrong by the Word of God you will not discuss the Written Word of God with those who do not believe what you preach. If what is posted on this blog helps just one person see that you are not who or what you claim to be and they reject your teaching and find the truth then this blog has accomplished the intended purpose. You tell many not to read this blog as it is all lies. Joyce you yourself have spread lies, you bare false witness when you talk the way you do about your perfect life over the past 40 years. The Bible says there will be no liars in Heaven. You say you do not sin 1 John 1:8-10 says: " If we say that we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins,He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
ReplyDeleteJoyce you say you do not sin you only make mistakes. Isn't that the way you excuse your unbelief that Jesus is the only Perfect person that has ever walked the face of this earth. Yet you claim to be a gift from God to those who follow you yet you refuse the true Gift God has give to all them that believe as you profess to be a little 'g' god. You are so wrong on you have to tell Jesus you want nothing to do with him is rejection of Him. What you preach is total rejection of the Lord Jesus Christ. just the fact you claim to be the little "g" god you have Rejected Christ. There are many many things you teach that is total denial of the LORD Jesus. You have memorized some scripture yet have no understanding to what they mean. I pray for you daily asking the Lord send some one you will listen to for the truth. You have rejected everyone the LORD has sent and even rejected the Holy Spirit's conviction. I thank God that my niece has left your cult. God has answered my Prayer to deliver those who follow you from the hands of false you are teaching. Matthew 24:11 Says “ Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many”.
ReplyDeleteI truly believe we are in the last of the last days. Will there be persecution here in the USA? As I see it after reading this Chapter it will happen world wide but the worse will be in the Middle East. With all the false teaching many preachers are teaching, which Jesus spoke about in the above Scripture the end is near. Joyce Leiphon and many others teaching the benefits of the Cross of Christ but I have never heard her but make mention for the real purpose of the Cross of Christ. Yes she uses His Name and His precious Blood. The real purpose of the Cross was payment for Sin. Not for making one rich, as Joyce and others preach. Yes there is healing, and provision are in the Cross. Yes, there is an economy in the Cross of Christ. But when you are preaching and looking for the blessings as Joyce and others teach you are not receiving the truth from the Word of God. It is sin that Crucified Christ not poverty and sickness. Sin, sickness, Poverty are all results of the Sin of Adam. We all have sinned even Joyce and those who preach they only make mistakes. Out of Joyce own mouth she has stated she has no heart for sinners. Matter of fact she says she avoids them. I can not understand how she or any preacher can make that statement when they truly are a part of this human race. No where can I find in the Written word of God that there will be humans other then Jesus Christ who attain sinless perfection. Even the Apostle Paul said even He had not attain that perfection. Jesus gave the Apostle Paul the meaning of the New Covenant. Since the Apostle Paul was truly called by Jesus Christ and given the truth of the purpose of Him ( Jesus) going to the Cross, why does Joyce and other teach contrary to what Paul wrote in what most believe was 14 books of the New Testament. Remember Jesus own words in Matthew 7:22-23 “ not everyone who says to Me, Lord Lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven but he who does the will of my Father in heaven, Many will say to Me in that day Lord Lord have we not prophesied in your name, cast out demons in Your name and done many wonders in Your name? And then I will declare to them I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”
While Joyce and others who preach as she does will declare they are not the lawless that this verse is speaking. Because they are not breaking any law of God. They are to spiritual to do that. They say the Holy Spirit leads and guide their lives. But the Holy Spirit never convicts them of sin. They are not only fooling themselves but all who follow their teaching. Jesus Died on the Cross for sin. Not so you could be rich as Joyce teaches. Jesus left the “ sin nature” we received from Adam, to give us a choice to live for Christ. He left the “ sin nature” as a disciplinary means for the denial of self. Joyce is ignorant about the “ sin nature” that Jesus Christ left all of men with.
I try to read My untmost for His Highest every day. Some days it seems I truly do not have time to read all that I want to. I read to day for December 2th. It is amazing how this Man Oswald Chamber, who lived from 1874 to 1917 wrote this amazing book. You can read it daily on line but I have my own copy. So on December 4 this is what he wrote;

The emphasis of holiness movements tends to be that God is producing specimens of holiness to put in His museum. If you accept this concept of personal holiness, your life’s determined purpose will not be for God, but for what you call the evidence of God in your life. How can we say, “It could never be God’s will for me to be sick”? If it was God’s will to bruise His own Son (Isaiah 53:10), why shouldn’t He bruise you? What shines forth and reveals God in your life is not your relative consistency to an idea of what a saint should be, but your genuine, living relationship with Jesus Christ, and your unrestrained devotion to Him whether you are well or sick.
Christian perfection is not, and never can be, human perfection. Christian perfection is the perfection of a relationship with God that shows itself to be true even amid the seemingly unimportant aspects of human life. When you obey the call of Jesus Christ, the first thing that hits you is the pointlessness of the things you have to do. The next thought that strikes you is that other people seem to be living perfectly consistent lives. Such lives may leave you with the idea that God is unnecessary— that through your own human effort and devotion you can attain God’s standard for your life. In a fallen world this can never be done. I am called to live in such a perfect relationship with God that my life produces a yearning for God in the lives of others, not admiration for myself. Thoughts about myself hinder my usefulness to God. God’s purpose is not to perfect me to make me a trophy in His showcase; He is getting me to the place where He can use me. Let Him do what He wants.
This is contrary to what I heard Joyce Leiphon preach on December 3rd. Wake up Joyce before it is to late.

Conviction of sin is best described in the words:
My sins, my sins, my Savior,
How sad on Thee they fall.
Conviction of sin is one of the most uncommon things that ever happens to a person. It is the beginning of an understanding of God. Jesus Christ said that when the Holy Spirit came He would convict people of sin (see John 16:8). And when the Holy Spirit stirs a person’s conscience and brings him into the presence of God, it is not that person’s relationship with others that bothers him but his relationship with God— “Against You, You only, have I sinned, and done this evil in your sight…” (Psalm 51:4). The wonders of conviction of sin, forgiveness, and holiness are so interwoven that it is only the forgiven person who is truly holy. He proves he is forgiven by being the opposite of what he was previously, by the grace of God. Repentance always brings a person to the point of saying, “I have sinned.” The surest sign that God is at work in his life is when he says that and means it. Anything less is simply sorrow for having made foolish mistakes— a reflex action caused by self-disgust.
The entrance into the kingdom of God is through the sharp, sudden pains of repentance colliding with man’s respectable “goodness.” Then the Holy Spirit, who produces these struggles, begins the formation of the Son of God in the person’s life (see Galatians 4:19). This new life will reveal itself in conscious repentance followed by unconscious holiness, never the other way around. The foundation of Christianity is repentance. Strictly speaking, a person cannot repent when he chooses— repentance is a gift of God. The old Puritans used to pray for “the gift of tears.” If you ever cease to understand the value of repentance, you allow yourself to remain in sin. Examine yourself to see if you have forgotten how to be truly repentant.
Now doesn't Joyce teach she only makes mistakes never needing to repent of sin since the Holy Spirit does not convict those who say they are one of His of sin. Doesn't she say the Holy Spirit only convicts the lost of sin?

ReplyDeleteMy question again to Joyce Leiphon is if she is so sure she has all the truth of the Word of God why is she so afraid to sit down with those who do not believe what she preaches and prove she is right by the Whole Written Word of God. I have to wonder what her faith will be in when the Lord returns for His Church an she and her church is left behind? Will she then admit she didn't know anything about the covenant that God made with Man. Yes, God made a covenant with a man and that Man was the one the only Lord an Savior Jesus Christ!! If you are rightly connected as Joyce preaches you will be connected only to Jesus Christ!!!! Not to Joyce Leiphon and Leroy Thompson. The true Body of Christ are the believers who have placed all their faith and Trust in the only perfect Sacrifice of the Savior of this fallen and sinful world. Joyce teaches against religion but since we both have come out of the same false religion why she insists that she and those who teach as she does knows all things. That you have to follow after her and her man of gwad. I know it is written in the Word of God Where Jesus says “ come follow me” He did not say come follow Peter, John or James or even the Apostle Paul. Jesus said “ Come follow Me” !!!! How can you be following Jesus Christ the Savior of your soul, the one that shed His life's blood for you then follow after another man or woman no matter how much you like what they say or preach. Joyce says she loves all the Pastors in the area where she has gone to church over the years. Yet when they as well as many other have told her she is wrong in what she is preaching will she allow you to attend their serves. How many lies have you who follow her caught her in? How many times has she told you that the Lord has said this is your time you will receive your blessing yet it has not come the way she has told you. Are you still giving more and more money and getting little return for you giving. Are you really happy just knowing that Jesus did it all on His Cross and there is nothing you have to do but Believe Him and His finished work. I know if you who are following Joyce if you are reading and studying the Whole Word of God, you have to have doubts about what she is preaching if you aren't then I would really believe you do not have true relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ but with the same Spirit Joyce is depending on. The Gates of Hell will not prevail against the True Church. The Fact that Jesus death on the Cross His shed Blood is what Open heaven that made it possible for all men to have a real relationship with the one that died for them. Not those peddling the Word of God for personal Gain and Glory. As I watch it remains me of the Pharisee that Jesus spoke of with His great swelling words of so called Prayer. Yet not saying anything of real importance the Lord wants to hear from someone who says He has called them to preach the gospel.
My God has a name and it not is daddy, but it is Father as Jesus the man called him. What is the church she says is the point of her message. I did not hear much that told what the true church was all about. The true Church is the true Body of Christ where each person has a function in the body of Believers according to the truth that is written in the Word of God. The church with all its member are to lead souls to the LORD not make the preacher rich. The Five Fold Ministry is not the government of God. God is the Head of His Government. If God could truly trust a man to do His will on earth why in the World would he ever send His Son to die such a horrible death for the sins of all men. If the Spirit of the Lord is telling Joyce that she and her group will take the whole city for the Lord the the whole world for the Lord, then why does the Word of God say the world will wax worse and worse and be as the days of Noah? Isn't this world getting worse and worse not better and better. Joyce is a false teacher of a false gospel. It is so sad that even the few that follow her are being lied to and drained of any chance of knowing the true Gospel as they are not allowed to discuss anything with some one who does not trust in Joyce teaching. They are not even allow to ask any questions of Joyce! Is she truly the final authority of her church? If so isn't she the same as the Pope of the Roman Catholic church. What he says is the way it is and what Joyce says is the only way it is. Who is right Joyce of Jesus. Jesus did say “ come follow me” didn't he.
ReplyDeleteJust found a video from Leroy Thompson, It is amazing how he is now trying to correct a minister in Ohio for Manipulating the body of Christ into getting money for His personal Gain. He even called this man the same as I have called Joyce Leiphon. A false teacher and the are accursed just like Paul state in Gal 1:9. Joyce you also are manipulating your followers for your own personal gain. I wonder if Leroy knows you were given $10,000 so you and your daughter could go to Italy last summer? Would he not think it was for your personal gain. Would he ask you how much of that $10,000 really belonged to him just as you tell your member that the income tax return belongs to you? Just wondering if you just might not be in hot water with your man of god if you keep manipulating people for personal gain and not giving enough to your man of gwad.
ReplyDeleteTrying to listen to Joyce Leiphon teaching on communication that she taught on Dec 10th. Right out of her own mouth she contradicted the Word of God and the first Scripture she read. Genesis 11:1 which says, "Now the whole earth has on language one speech". Yet Joyce says they had different languages and they all understand what was being said. To me it is a plain as the dyed hair on her head that she has no true understanding of the Word of God. Anyone who will deny the Word of God as she is doing not only in this chapter and verse. I have to ask those who are following her what other scriptures is she twisting to make is different then the Word of God. I wonder why she has not read verse 7 in this Chapter where the Lord says; Come, Let us go down and there confuse their language that they may not understand one another's speech." Yet Joyce is teaching that even thought they spoke different languages they understood one another. Is this truly what is written in this passage of Scripture. Yes of course she used many scripture from the New Testament to prove her point. When you Change what God ordained in His written Word to mean something totally different then what is written no matter which testament you are quoting from are you not making God's Holy Word a lie? If you continue to read the whole chapter you will see that Joyce is adding to the Word of God. You will see that Joyce contradicts the Word of God. How can you who are following this so called preacher when she blatantly changes the meaning of the Written Word of God. Didn't this Chapter and verse say the people all spoke the same language and understood one another yet she say the spoke different languages yet still understood each other. So sad she has pulled the wool over so many peoples eyes. Repent Joyce while you still have breath in your body. How many other scripture has she changed to suit her own way.
